Not a breeze through, sip and toss guide to wines to buy class, but a complete, comfortable, and in debth wine tasting experience. The approximatley 2 1/2 hour class entertains and shares information while you taste the liquid silk delight of Oregon's fine Pinot Noir and other varietals from around the world.
Experience in depth sensory evaluation in a no pretext atmosphere while you learn the why and how to of holding glassware. Learn how to taste and smell correctly while enjoying 6 different wines in the proper glasses. While learning how to drink/taste wine four different ways, you will experience a veritable flavor explosion of tastes and aromas while applying these new techniques. We'll talk about and discuss the terms often heard in the wine world and you will quickly become comfortable with them.
Wine and food pairing is discussed while sampling appetizers. Cheese and wine can go so well together and you will taste and experience some correct and unique matches.
Correct temperatures for drinking and storing wine is part of the class and included in your lesson notes that are yours to keep.

How to find great value wines at reasonable prices will be discussed as well as how to take your bottles to restaurants.
By the end of this special class, you will be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to go into wine shops or out into the wine country tasting rooms and feel totally at ease.
And as you continue to explore the world of wine and taste and drink new wines, you will be confident that you are doing it correctly and getting the full experience of enjoyment intended by the winemakers.
